Patterned Jumper Boxes

Following on from my Christmas jumper favour boxes, I have now created a slightly different template, so that you can use your own patterned cardstock (including directional patterns) to create some truly original jumper designs!

Perfect for gifting sweets or small treats, these adorable little boxes are also designed to hold a gift card! You can find the templates in my Etsy shop available as both SVG and PDF.

To make the boxes, you will need:

* Patterned Jumper Box template (PDF and SVG available)
* Computer and printer to print the PDF templates and instructions
* Digital cutting machine (I have only tested this on my Cricut machines)
* Patterned cardstock (220-250gsm recommended)
* Plain coloured cardstock (220-250gsm recommended)
* Craft glue / PVA
* Pencil or white gel pen

If you are not using a cutting machine you will also need:

* Craft knife / scissors
* Scoring tool
* Ruler

Watch my video tutorial showing how to assemble the boxes:

For the main pieces of this red and white jumper box, I printed a knitted pattern onto plain white cardstock. I then used some more plain white cardstock for the collars, cuffs and base trim pieces and used a pencil to draw on the extra detail.

I then cut out a circle and stamped a Christmas sentiment in red and added it to the front of the jumper. You could even personalise this to make it more like a badge for table favours or place settings.

Of course, you don't need to restrict yourself to just using Christmas patterns, you can use any patterned cardstock that you have to make your own little jumper boxes.

They really are so adorable and I just know you're going to have such fun creating different jumper designs!
